Coral Network reserves the right to change/update the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Once the visitors have accessed Coral Network, they must abide by the Terms and Conditions of this agreement with regards to your access or site along with upgrades, addition, or modification to this site.

Agreement on Jurisdiction

In case if any disputes between the company and the user occur, the concerned parties agree to resolve any dispute by discussion through a sincere approach. However, if the disputes are not resolved through discussions between the concerned, it shall be regulated on the Laws of Japan or those observed at port of destination.

Alterations to Registrations Details

If there any changes made in the registered details such as the address, telephone number, fax, name, e-mail, and other details given to company at the time of registration, the user shall communicate them immediately.

Membership

The membership will be provided to a person or a corporation when they give the needed personal details mentioned on registration application. It is also imperative to acquire customer ID and password for becoming a member.

Business Conditions

Coral Network will give users business conditions. The users will have to confirm the details of business conditions, provide signature of agreement and send it back to the company. After a vehicle has been ordered by the user, it is considered that he/she have agreed on business conditions despite the fact if the company has received or not received their signature.

Order

Users can order used vehicles from Coral Network through e-mail, fax or through any other way available on the site. The company will not guarantee the presence of the vehicle being requested. However, once the car has been ordered and its availability has been confirmed, Coral Network will issue a Proforma invoice and hold the car in custody for a week for user during which, the first payment has to be made. Failure to make payment within this time period will result in order cancellation.

Payment

The membership will be provided to a person or a corporation when the user shall make 50% payment of the amount as per the Proforma Invoice. The second payment has to be made within a span of seven days of departure of shipping vessel. The funds are to be wired by telegraphic transfer to the company’s account.

Termination of Contract

Coral Network reserves the right to terminate the contract as well as cancel an order when deemed necessary.

Shipment

It is the duty of the customers/users to research for any import regulations in their respective countries. The shipping arrangements are made following the receiving of the first payment. However, shipping schedule is subject to change prior notice and Coral Network will not be responsible for any damages or losses resulting from alterations in the shipping schedule.

Risk and Title

The risk of the cars shall transfer from Coral Network to the User after the vehicle has been past the rail of the vessel from port of departure. Coral Network reserves the ownership and title to until the full payment has been made of the vehicle.

Limitation of Liability

Coral Network is under no circumstances responsible for indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages occurring out of or associated with the Terms or the car, despite if the claim being based on tort, contract, or otherwise. The company reserves the right of cancelling any fraud/incomplete order without prior notice in verbal or written. Coral Network is not responsible for any refund against any purchase made expect where warranty is specifically stated.

Cancellation

If under any circumstances the user decides to cancel the order and the first payment has been made with the vehicle yet to be shipped, Coral Network reimburses the initial payment. There will be no cancellation of the order once the shipment has left for arrival. The Bill of Lading shall be evidence of the shipment.

Repossession

Coral Network will have the right to repossess any car, which is left at the wharf for more than a month and the user agrees to give Coral Network the necessary authority of attorney to complete documents required to transfer the car to its agent for use of the exercise of his right to repossess and sell the car.
